A strange and fateful story of boy's love (youth love) that began when Birutoh, a young man of the tribe, set out to climb a mountain to meet the spirit “White Ghost” as a test.

Character : Birutoh, a young tribal man
Son of a tribal chief. Doted on by his own mother, he respected his grandfather from an early age. Like his grandfather, he is stubborn. He is calm and quiet.
His first love, a tribal woman, is not known if she is alive or dead, but she became good friends with Hokurusu before he was reunited with his escaped family, so he has become devoted to Hokurusu and offers his manipulation to the man.
Character : Hokurusu, the owner of the bar
A city dweller with a lifetime of solitude. He came to the backcountry because of a serious heartbreak. He runs an inn and a bar, and moves from place to place in the frontier. He is a handsome man who can handle anything. He is a man of the times when there was a lot of prejudice due to the bias of information in the environment, although he is good at getting around in the world and is skilled and smart. He could have had a woman, but because of the pain of his love, he did not date anyone. He loves horses. He had three horses (all mares) and gave one of them to Birutoh.
He is friendly, but I think he is lonely. He cares about his lover, Birutoh.
Couple :
Hokurusu, the owner of the bar * Birutoh, a young tribal man
Their relationship gives the impression of a love affair between adults. They are attracted to each other with very strong passion. They are cool with each other, but when Hokurusu gradually develops romantic feelings for Birutoh, it is very hot. Hokurusu seems to be very protective of those he has defined as his relatives, especially his lover. Birutoh is a tribal warrior, so it is natural that he is manly, but Hokurusu is also a very manly and good character.
Birutoh remembers well the memory of Hokurusu, who saved his life as a child and reunited him with the adult Hokurusu through the White Ghost.
Perhaps it was White Ghost who played the role of Cupid in their romance.

He is super cool because he does not show his emotions like a warrior. With his wild manner and demeanor, he is well respected among the clique. He is attracted to Birutoh.

A common soldier in the army. There was a time when he thought about becoming a doctor, but he volunteered for a mission to a remote area. His grandmother is half tribal and half human from a large country.
His great-grandmother was the aunt of Birutoh, the young man from the tribe in “White ghost complete version”, so she is a distant relative of his. He may have gotten his name from Birutoh of the tribe (he does not know). He is a hot-blooded man who lives with pride in his lineage. A man who values life. A young man who is a young man. Single-minded and stubborn once he gets his mind set on something.

Tribal Warrior, “Red Rising” (Hokurusu) * Birutoh, an ordinary soldier
A super-cool tribal warrior, Red Rising does not easily give away his inner thoughts, but his actions are not backed up and he seems to show favoritism in his demeanor. Birutoh, on the other hand, is an outspoken young man, so he is at the mercy of Red Rising, who is in many ways an adult.
Being honest and single-minded, Birutoh tells him honestly what he feels, and he and Red Rising are united. But it is actually Red Rising who is more passionate than that.
He cared so deeply for Birutoh that Red Rising became White Ghost, or part of White Ghost.
